BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS^
^Terms and conditions may vary for larger group bookings. Any variation to the Terms and Conditions below will be outlined on your Reservation invoice.
- Confirming your booking: A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. Full payment of the balance is due no later than 7 days* prior to arrival.
- Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations within 7 days or less* of arrival will be charged in full and forfeit the full balance, unless the cottage can be re-let, in which case a refund less a $50 cancellation fee applies. Cancellations prior to the this time are subject to a $50 cancellation fee per cottage.
*Please Note alternate terms for all reservations that fall during public holiday long weekends and December/January School Holidays.
Balance payment is due not later than 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days or less of arrival will be charged in full and forfeit the full balance, unless the cottage can be re-let, in which case a refund less a $50 cancellation fee applies.
- Check in 2 pm, Check out by 10 am
- There is a 10 km speed limit on the property to ensure the safety of children sharing the roads/walkways.
- Each cottage must have an adult aged 18yrs or older. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Any loss or damage to the property and its contents caused by the guest will be the responsibility of and charged to the guest.
- To avoid any excess cleaning charges please ensure your cottage is left in a clean and tidy condition on departure, including washing dishes. (Basic supplies are provided to tidy up inc. dish liquid, broom, mop, dustpan, bbq scraper)
- Extra persons, including children, must be arranged prior to arrival.
- Bombah Point Eco Cottages is a wildlife refuge and as such no pets are permitted.
- Smoking is not permitted inside any cottages/buildings.
- Security Deposit: A valid credit card (Visa/MasterCard only) is required on or before arrival as a security deposit. Money is not deducted from your card unless there is reason to do so (damaged/broken items). If you discover on arrival damaged/broken items please advise management immediately. In the absence of a valid credit card a $250 cash bond is applicable for each cottage.
- YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IS CONFIRMED WHEN PAYMENT OF THE DEPOSIT IS MADE.
