Hands on workshop making your own sourdough bread. In this intimate workshop, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your gut, take your health back into your own hands, literally! Learn how to make your own organic sourdough from scratch, while you learn about the gut microbiome, wild fermentation and how you can aid digestion through diet and food preparation.

Presented by Lydia IrvinG.

Lydia is a qualified Nutritionist who focuses on using food as medicine rather than counting calories and cutting out fat.
