Nestled thoughtfully amongst the trees the large & private master bedroom with queen bed & waffle bathrobes for you and your partner. Adjacent is the luxurious bathroom with hand-crafted timber finishes and huge rainwater spa bath designed to relaxation.
The generous open-plan living area with lounge/dining and wood fire, plus a fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas cooktop, fridge/freezer and everything you need to turn your favourite produce into a gourmet meal.
Open the expansive windows onto the wrap-around verandahs where you can enjoy an evening BBQ or just laze in the hammock at sunset.
The treehouse loft bedroom is open plan with a double and single bed configuration.
An Easy Access Cottage is available for guests with mobility constraints.

Bombah is family friendly and infants are very welcome, we provide complimentary cots, highchairs and stair gates. Bombah is an inclusive guest facility that welcomes people of all race and religion and people of all sexual orientations.

Bombah is a Licenced Premises
We have a range of organic wines available in your Cottage and a selection of bottle beers are available on request. You are welcome to bring your own supplies.
Organic food boxes
In partnership with Farm to Fridge, we can arrange to have an organic food box delivered to your cottage for arrival. Farm to Fridge features a range of local producers who are all dedicated to producing the best quality, seasonal produce, with minimal impact on the environment.
Orders must be placed by Tuesday 4pm of the week you are staying for delivery on the Friday. Ensure you put Bombah Point as the delivery address - Bombah Point Eco Cottages, 949 Bombah Point Road, Bombah Point NSW 2423. If your order is under $75 please select the Lady Jane Hotel, Buladelah as the collection point and we will arrange the collection for you.
Communal Facilities
Our reception building has a swimming pool, group lounge/dining area, small conference & games room.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, with basic provisions, plus an expresso coffee machine stocked with freshly roasted coffee beans. We also have a comprehensive library including, wildlife reference books, information on activities and walks in the local area, plus a collection of board games, DVD's & CDs.
Eco Gardens & Self-Catering
Guests are invited to collect fresh eggs from the chooks daily and pick herbs & seasonal fruit/vegetables from the Bombah organic gardens, to eat while you stroll or complement your cottage cooked meal.
Local Produce
We can help you discover the best the area has to offer, like grass fed beef from the country butchers or fresh school prawns, oysters, fish and lobster at the fish co-op.
There is a small but comprehensive supermarket in Bulahdelah and a good butcher and baker. We encourage our guests to bring any specialty items with them to ensure that they spend more time relaxing and less time shopping. Specialised kitchen equipment can usually be provided on request.
