Massage involves the manipulation of the soft tissues of the body by a form of structural touch. Massage is the systematic touch of the hands, forearms, and elbows to apply pressure to the underlying soft tissue and muscles of the body.

The massage can be relaxing and soothing or invigorating and stimulating depending on the technique used.

Massage helps to restore balance, function and harmony to the muscles, nervous, circulatory systems and connective tissues. It also revitalises the body’s natural energy flow.
